RATES:

All rates are in € (EURO), net-rates to
you, incl. service charge and taxes. During public holidays,
congresses and conventions most hotels require extra-charges,
usually 10-25%. Nevertheless we are usually able to agree
special rates for you when having exact dates.

BOOKING-FEES
FOR INDIVIDUALS:

Unless otherwise agreed, we have to charge
€ 20,- per booking for F.I.T.´s.
|
|
|
|
|
ORDERS:
|
All orders, changes or cancellations have do
be done by written communication.
|
|
|
|
|
CANCELLATION:
|
Cancellation-fees are never charged by us. However
hotels and carriers do charge depending on circumstances.
These fees have to be debited to the partner concerned accordingly.
Usually group-reservations can be canceled without charge
up to 1 month prior to arrival. Different agreements have
to be made separately.

|
LIABILITY:
|
BOTROS INCOMING acts as agent for different
contractors as hotels, restaurants, bus companies etc. and
is not liable in case of damage, accidents, delay, injury
or force majeure.
|
|
|
|
|
PAYMENT:
|
Upon confirmation 50% of the total amount, 3
days before arrival the balance has to be paid. In case we
don’t receive the requested money in time, we reserve
the right to cancel the respective reservations.
