Boating Cruise – Hungarian Border – Gipsy Music

On your way from Vienna to Burgenland you will pass the castle of Laxenburg. In Eisenstadt, the capital of Burgenland, you will visit the Bergkirche with the Mausoleum of Joseph Haydn. After passing the Roman Quarry of St. Margarethen you arrive at the beautiful village of Rust. (You may have lunch accompanied with a gipsy music performance)

Bird paradise lake Neusiedl

Then we will take you on a boat cruise on Lake Neusiedl, Europe´s largest steppe lake. It is surrounded by a reed belt which gives shelter to a unique paradise of birds. The boat cruise will take you close to the Hungarian border and land at the picturesque town of Mörbisch from where you go back to Vienna.

Tours run from April to October.
